Box of Joy ® gifts are Christmas gifts sent to children in developing countries like Haiti, Malawi and the Dominican Republic. Filled with toys, clothing, school supplies, a rosary and The Story of Jesus, these gifts represent Christ’s love. Your donation will demonstrate Christ’s compassion to a child who may have never before received a Christmas gift.
The Diocese of Austin Knights of Columbus support Cross Catholic Outreach’s Box of Joy Program. Currently, St. Louis King of France Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 5967 is the central hub for collection of Boxes from around the Diocese. Boxes are due by mid-November. Please reach out to Mike Hyzak to receive your Box of Joy to fill. Boxes will be distributed at the September Chapter meeting, and collected at the October Chapter meeting.
