First, thank you and your group for taking the time and effort to participate in the July 4th Parade 2021 America The Beautiful – Symbol of Freedom. Your entry adds to the excitement of the parade.
Parade Arrival and Staging Area – Live Oak Golf Course Driving Range at 510 Lakeway Drive
7:00 a.m. Driving Range open for assembly of entries
7:30 a.m. Lakeway Drive is one way heading toward Live Oak
Left Lane – all vehicles and floats in the parade
Right Lane – cars dropping off participants
8:00 a.m. Every entry should be in place – ready for the parade to begin
8:30 a.m. Parade begins – no matter what!
Note: There will be some bottled water available on staging and there is a port-a-potty.
There is NO parking on the staging area rather use the side streets.
Have your participants dropped off at the driving range.

Please make sure that your participants toss any giveaways to the sides of the road. It should reach the grassy area. Do not simply toss them to the road surface. This is extremely important, we can’t stress enough that children will dart out to get items not reaching the grassy area. Safety is most important – always watch for darting children!
Keep very vigilant of the parade pace – especially those with walkers. There should not be big gaps to halt the parade momentum.
The parade ends for all vehicles at the Lakeway Church. For walkers, the parade can end at the Activity Center.
